Outreach Communities

'Raising the true in place of the false'.

Where, in the every day world, do we make a space for God to talk to people about their lives and concerns?

Our world is badly in need of places to encounter God's Presence and experience His Love.

Spiritual Mentoring

Mentoring: 1-1 informal sessions over coffee for those who want to explore their spiritual direction. Using passage meditation- specific Scripture references which lay out a pathway to encounter God and His Truth for our lives. This is an exciting front line ministry for those who have alternative or secular lifestyles.

Listening therapy: a safe place for you to tell your story: Listening to people brings comfort and care in the place of their difficulty and pain.

'If this is not a place where tears are understood then where can I go to cry?' Ken Medema

Inner healing:  "He has sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim freedom to the captives and release from darkness to the prisoners" Isaiah 61:1

Seeing people free to live their lives, saved, healed and delivered.

'So much was different for me after the session. Much of the peace has stayed with me and I was tearful just remembering it. It made Christmas more meaningful, I felt more love... And I was able to let go but treasure what was positive.'

Community Outreach Cafes:

Taking Prophetic Gifts of Prophesy and Dream Interpretation, alongside live music, relaxing, professional, prayerful massage and compassionate listening into secular coffee shops and neutral space venues, so people can encounter the reality of Gods love.

"I feel so different, a weight has lifted off me since you prayed about what people had said about me, my whole life is different". Katie
I went home and threw away my tarot cards because God is much more powerful.' Anne
'I had forgotten about God, I didn't realise Christians knew about spiritual things.' Catherine
'The team themselves spoke volumes and the fact that they were hearing from God into the heart of people's situations and lives is a winner.' Vineyard Pastor who attended 'undercover'!

Community Events:

A relaxed gathering, hiring secular coffee shops, enjoying getting to know and care about one another, teaching people from all walks of life to hear God for themselves. Our value is to move beyond events into community and friendship, where people find a genuine sense of belonging; a place to heal and find life, to discover the love of God

"Before I came to community, I used to always ask a question: What do people think of me? But now I come to community and  I know that I am loved and now I ask a different question: Why should I care what people think?"  Raghav.
"They talk compassion, they talk love and they talk about spiritual connection with God; they show all those attributes in the way they encounter people and by actually living that way". Marc

Hub groups:

Sharing life and journeying together for those who have come to know God and want to learn more about about His Love and the way Jesus taught us to live.

"I'm growing and changing and am hearing God. I love studying the Bible together and being in a group."
"I feel safe to explore God here, I'm so glad I met you guys".

Art and music sessions

In intensive care we watched as twenty minutes of singing and playing music radically changed the medical condition of an outreach attendee who had had a heart attack. Despite repeated attempts, he couldn’t breath on his own.

“It was the music” repeated the nurses, as they instantly removed the tube and he breathed on his own and came round from his coma.

Love has a Voice Art Sessions are just beginning to reach those with depression, dementia and Alzheimer’s, in response to scientific evidence along with the loving care and prayers of our artists to help them enjoy a better quality of life.

In order to reach the people no one is reaching, you have to do the things no one is doing
